We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pistachio purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original saleable condition.

All you need to do is the following.

  1. Send us a return request email to providing your order ID
  2. We will be in touch with you via email and provide you with shipping label
  3. Print your shipping label
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
    • Return Shipping would be to our office in Sydney (post code 2066)
    • We do not cover the return shipment cost
  5. Once shipping is confirmed we will refund the Full amount to you.


In the event that your product is faulty, damaged or does not match its description then a full refund will be made in its original payment method.

To initiate a refund, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us a refund request to providing your order ID
  2. Please State your reason(Provide evidence, pictures and description) in your email.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged. Once processed, you will receive your full refund within 5 – 7 business days.
